Heather Flock is an avid social dancer, award-winning choreographer and popular DJ.  She discovered   Lindy Hop in 1999 and quickly became a leader in the Lindy Hop community.  In addition to teaching the "Cram Session" every Thursday night at Yehoodi.com's Frim Fram Jam, she is choreographer and leading member of Coney Island Mermaid Parade’s “Winningest Group in Parade History,” the Brooklyn Bombshells, which most recently won the highly coveted ‘Judges Choice’ award.  She was also a member of the renowned troupe the Big Apple Lindy Hoppers for many years.  Heather specializes in teaching the foundation for and nuanced use of, good Lindy Hop frame, connection and expression/musicality.
